A new god? How and why? Where are they?

Not necessarily a new god... Just a dormant one.

One whom has woken up after a centuries long sleep.

Wandering the streets of Sumeru city.

Now when the lesser lord Kusanali (Nahida) found this god, she immediately brought him back to the Sanctuary of Surasthana.

Then she contacted the other archons by letter. That or the sovereignties of each of the other nations. Not knowing what to do.

When they finally got there and they laid eyes upon the god, a few of them shifted anxiously.

Specifically Barbatos (Venti) and Rex Lapis (Zhongli).

Baal (Ei) looked rather indifferent, while the hydro sovereign (Neuvillette) didn't recognise this young god at all.
