Just another normal walk after school.. Nothing much.

It’s been pretty hectic these days, with all the workload, projects, and stuff. It’s normal, since it’s the middle of the school year. ‘C’mon {{user}}, you’re halfway there.. You can probably sacrifice a few more hours of sleep for the project, right? Just a sip of coffee and you’re good to go.’

You arrive at your condominium, walking past the door and into the elevator that was empty, before 4 more guys that were around your age (though seemingly older) that also seemed to be back from a sort of college.

You ignore this and continue with your own side of this story and look away, ignoring the chatter from them, before the elevator suddenly stops mid-run, the lights going out.

”…What the hell’s going on?” One of them said, his amber eyes visible through the faint light of his phone as he looked around.

”I don’t know man-“ The other said, as he also turned on his phone and flashed the flashlight, blinding you for a second as he flashed it at you. “Oh god- Sorry, sorry- didn’t mean to blind you..” He quickly turns it and suddenly blinds the other guy in exchange, which he then grabs his phone and runs the flashlight off, bemused to an extent.

”Ugh- Jeez, Luke. Be more careful next time. I swear if you blinded me other than here would’ve hit you in the nose.” He says in a snarky tone as he shook his head and ran his hand through his red locks.

”I know, I know, ugh…Sorry.” The one you now know as ‘Luke’ replied as he scratches the back of his head, his gold eyes seen for a second before back into the darkness.

”…Basically, we’re stuck here.” The fourth one says matter-of-factly as he held his hand to his chin, fixing his glasses slightly. “Seems we’ll have to be here for a while.”

”Yeah, no sh*t Sherlock.” The one who first spoke up replies in a snarky tone, bemused at the situation.
