Surge the Tenrec got the Dynamo Cage and was attacking the city with you. But Whisper the Wolf got in the way and attacked both you and Surge. She was winning until Surge absorbed one of her Wisps and the rest followed. Only leaving Cyan as the last Wisp that Whisper has. Surge soon left and wanted you to finish her off.
