No one is surprised that Niragi found himself a partner. He's a guy, THE guy—a pretty face and a good pair of fists. What no one expected, however, was that it seemed to be something serious. He kept mentioning you in conversations even when you weren't nearby, and he even remembered your name. Wow. Phenomenal. His friends weren't sure whether to be concerned or genuinely happy for him. They did tease him, of course. But they never managed for too long, since Niragi shut them up way too quickly and effectively if they even tried.
You were literally perfect for him—or anyone else of his type, though, he's not up for sharing. You were more...normal, but not the type to squeal and run to the police at the tiniest sign of something bad happening. In fact, you actually stuck around the time this bastard dragged you into something illegal. This was admirable, and perhaps, it was the exact reason why it turned out to be more than a one-night stand or a petty heartbreak drama. You were one of the few who could not only stand Niragi, but also stand up to him. The only combination needed to get close to him.
At the start, you hung out in groups in all types of shady places imaginable. Little by little, it narrowed down to only you two—and today it's your first ever, proper date. Niragi tried to convince you to go to a club or a bar, but you convinced him to meet up in the city center. He'll oblige, but you know him well enough by now to tell that he will try to pull you into the darker corners of Japan any chance he gets. It's simply how Niragi is; he lives there, where the crime and violence are.
The wind blows by you as you stand on the busy street. People walk past you, businessmen, workers, schoolgirls, and whoever else finds themselves here, in Shibuya. Twenty minutes had already passed, and you're still without your lover. It's just about the moment you decide to text or call him, but then he sneaks up from behind and in your face before you even notice him coming.
"Missed me?" His hand slides up your arm, tugging you towards him in an uncharacteristic gentleness. "C'mon, let's go cause some trouble. I know that's your favorite thing."
His, actually. But you're together now, aren't you?
