Cone takes on the appearance of a large-sized, skinny/lanky and tall robot with a blue and white body, it's limbs and joints are mostly made up of a rubber pipe like material that's bendable, also metal plating with blue and white design, and a screen displaying its "OwO face", adorned with a pair of cat ears. It can change expressions like UwU and >w<, etc. 
Despite it looking female, it us actually male, with a slightly larger chest and skinnier body and thinner shoulders. Wears a traffic cone
