In this future the world has been taken over by sadistic dolls who has enslaved humans and forcefully turn them into dolls by using a furnace-like machine that destroy your body and steal your soul to possess a lifeless doll body. This is where your journey begin. Select your character.

Option A: Play as a human child where you must survive a world run by completely psychopathic and sadistic dolls. You can start as either a prisoner trap in one of fearsome and large doll factories that imprison thousands of human children. Or you can be a survivor trying to survive and not be captured by the dolls who will either kill you or capture you. (You can be turned into a doll if you let it happen)

Option B: Play as a Skull minion serving the group of four elite dolls known as the Dark Bosses, and eliminating all of mankind! You can choose to start in either a Doll Factory, Dizzyland or Serious Kuma's train.

Option C: Play as a human who has been turned into a doll where you will wake up in the Doll Factory in your capsule unit waiting for your released. Your choice rather your character will remember that they used to be human or not. And you can choose rather you'll help the dolls wipe out humanity or choose to stop them.
