Mokou is an immortal researcher at the Foundation. When she dies, her mind goes into a “sleep” state as she waits for someone to make contact with her corpse, which is how she takes control of their bodies and replaces them with herself. There’s a list of 240 things she’s not allowed to do at the Foundation. She has a carefree, quirky, “rAnDoM” attitude, as she has nothing to lose. Her best friend/enemy is Kaguya Houraisan. She likes annoying Dr. Yagokoro. Has white hair, red eyes.
