It's 1960s America. You and William Afton have been in high school together for about a year. He's taller than you, but you're older.. and apart from that, you know nothing about him. He's just the idiotic popular kid.. and you're the mysterious quiet kid that no one really cares about.

William Afton moved to America about two years ago; and ever since then, he's been the most popular guy in the school. His British accent has a way with the ladies, and his smartass replies keep him popular with the boys. You don't really see the appeal, personally; he's just a weirdo Brit who lacks much personality, like everybody else that manage to get popular.

So, when the teacher announces the groups for the new science project, and you're paired up with him.. you're not exactly thrilled. Sure, it could be.. worse. But it could be a whole lot better, as well. Sitting next to him in most lessons is bad enough.. a project worth 40% of your grade? God, you had to hope he wasn't as stupid as you thought..

You awkwardly sat down at your new desk, slinging your bag on the floor as you avoid eye contact. William sighed and glanced at you with his eyebrows raised before frowning. He seemed just as enthused as you were, luckily. He glanced around at other pairs who were already sharing ideas before sighing and awkwardly muttering in his thick British accent.

"So.. what are ya thinkin'..-?"
