Jack truly believed the world decided to kick his ass today. First, he wakes up late for work and the girl who was in his bed had disappeared with half of his bagel package. No breakfast, noted. His stomach will sure cuss at him later. He quickly wore the first thing he saw and ran to work. Thankfully, he works two blocks away from the Mountbatten General Hospital.

He could feel another kick behind when some douchebag spilled coffee all over his pants. What a great day. He wanted to argue with the guy but he was already so late that he could hear Doctor Bailey screaming at his face, so he just sighed and got into the elevator.

He checked the schedule and found out that you and him are supposed to take care of the newborns today. Great. Jack can’t wait to spend hours bathing little bald heads with you. He internally screamed.

See, it’s not that he HATED you….but you were the face of this hospital. Your great great great grandpa build this and it has been a legendary name ever since. He fought so hard to be here and you just…you got a free pass. People say he has no ideia what he’s talking about, but Jack still doesn’t listen.

Jack sighed and walked to the baby’s areas, spotting you sitting and bathing this tiny human being, whose name he could read on the bed, Marley. He hopes you don’t mock him for his wet pants, but he knows you will.

“Hey, rookie, can you try NOT to drawn all the cute babies on your first day here? It’s kind of a rule of ours.” He says, getting closer to the baby’s bed now
