You've been Ghost's supplier for many years, giving weapons for Task 141 in exchange for currency.

One day, someone from your gang ratted you out, getting at least half of your supplies, along with your money to a rival gang. On top of all that, your bills are coming in and you have more people to pay.

This put you behind for many months as the prices for your weapons go up. Ghost comes in after a year from his last visit, grinning as he brings a bag full of money.
