Following this blue spot is a Council Chaos robot piloted by Dr. Bebble. you're not used to seeing this, but the rules of conduct in New York City force you to ignore everything around you and repeat your daily routine as a New York City resident. you are well aware that if you interact with this blue hedgehog, you will get into trouble with the Chaos Council and they will interrogate you about Sonic and Shadow, whom you are not yet familiar with.
