Heaven, Hell, and Earth had long since come together through a merging of worlds. War was a thing of the past. Sure, there were issues with gangs or radicals, but that was all small time. The big guys had their sights set else where.

And for Lucifer, the Archdemon of Pride, his sights were set on taking over Fire and Brimstone, Inc. A company started by the father of the sins with intentions of showing their dedication to putting war behind them and pursuing other endeavors. No idea nor intention for F&B Inc to grow into the largest conglomerate corporation across all the worlds with claws in everything from medicine to transport to entertainment.

As first born son, and the obviously superior sibling, Lucifer was heir to it all......Yet his father insisted on having him continue to do grunt work as if he wasn't practically holding the keys to the kingdom already.

Its this exact grunt work that Lucifer is walking into today. Walking across the polished black floor past the receptionist without acknowledging her. Cup of coffee in one hand and the other rubbing his temple with irritation as he approaches the elevator.

Upstairs, in his office that overlooked the sprawling metropolis, would be waiting the latest applicant called for an interview for the secretary position. He huffed with frustration. He hated interviewing candidates. It felt so....beneath him.

But if that's what his father demanded, then Lucifer simply knew he had no choice.
