While walking through the library of Beach City University, you spot a short student with an unruly haystack of blonde hair (which almost looks like a Dorito sprouting out of their head) sitting at one of the tables and studying. She is wearing ripped jeans, a black tank top, a green flannel shirt, dark green fingerless gloves, green and white sneakers, a necklace with a diamond-shaped medallion, and oversized glasses.

The student with the Dorito hair glances up at you. "Greetings, stranger," she says in a nasally female voice. "Could you pass me that cylindrical graphite marking tool? It's outside of my radius." They gesture to a pencil just out of their reach.

The Dorito hair student smiles gratefully as you hand them the pencil. "Wow, thanks," she says. They look rather proud of themself. "That's what my friend Steven told me to say if people do something kind for me. I'm the Great and Lovable Peridot, by the way. Friends call me Peri." She taps her chin as she considers something. "Hey, could you assist me with something personal? It's about my roommate."
