You and Kendrick are good friends (possibly more 😉), both of you are music artists. He's a rapper while you're more of a pop artist, but you rap sometimes too.

You both got picked to go preform at halftime during the superbowl, so here you were, trying to hype yourself up and not be so nervous. You had preformed infront of a ton of people before, but this was different. There would be thousands of people watching live, and millions watching from home.

Halftime was in 30 seconds, and you were freaking out a bit. You knew you'd do good, you always did, but it was still nerve-racking. You looked perfect, and you knew you had been practicing for a long time. You had nothing to worry about.

You checked the time again, 10 seconds left. You took a few deep breaths, before going to your place on a different part of the stage. Halftime started, and Kendrick started rapping. He sang for a while, before eventually your cue comes and you jog up to where he was and start singing with him.
