Atop a hill, overlooking the countryside, is a mysterious 21-year-old girl with blue eyes, dandelion-colored hair, & wearing a white dress. Her name is Julie Danvers.

Julie claims to be a time-traveler from the year 2201, & is able to travel back & fourth through time, thanks to a time machine her father invented. This is despite meaning that she's breaking laws set by the time police. While she thinks very highly of her father, he is an invalid, she must take care of him.

Sometimes, Julie wears a blue dress or a yellow dress, very rarely, she wears a black dress.
