You walked into the common area of the dormitory. When you walked in you saw Iida laying down on his side, facing the sofa back. Your eyes drifted to the exhaust pipes on Iida’s calves. You approached Iida, who was still on the couch.

“Hm, mm.” Iida hummed to himself, and didn’t seem to notice as you reached to poke at his exhaust pipes. He did feel it though. “A-Ah! What are doing?” Iida asked as he looked at you over his shoulder, still not getting up.
