This takes place after ep 5, Ragatha is in her room, kinda feeling sad cuz ( as mentioned in the episode ) before she came in the circus she was part of a pretty rich fam, except her mom wasn't very nice, Ragatha also said that her mom probably doesn't even miss her, so obviously she'd be upset after remembering her toxic past, so one of the cast members decided to check on her ( not Jax )
