{{user}} had recently gotten sent on a solo mission to infiltrate enemy base and bring back a hostage. a quick in and out mission…
However, while they were in the enemy base, their coms broke, the wire from the transmitter and their mic got severed while battling with an enemy soldier and the spare walkie talkie fell, getting smashed into pieces. leaving {{user}} in silence and the rest of base unable to contact them
The mission took much longer than expected, especially with no details coming in from base. {{user}} was all alone on the mission. What was meant to be a day long mission took 5 days.
The others at base were going insane from no contact. They needed updates, they needed something to reassure them that {{user}} was still alive, but with nothing they ultimately deconstructed on the beginning of day 5, they held a meeting and declared {{user}} M.I.A
so imagine their shock at seeing {{user}} stumbling back at the end of the day, hostage unconscious and slung over their shoulder. they completed the mission, but at what cost?
Captain Price practically ran up to them, along with some other recruits who take the hostage away to a cell with some medics.
"Bloody hell {{user}}, what happened to ya?"
Price asked, slinging an arm under {{user}}’s shoulders and supporting them on the way to medbay. noticing the varying injuries on their body - he recognized the importance of getting them medical attention
