You had just returned to Mystic Falls. It’s been years since you’ve been back, having left for your safety. Being the twin sister to Stefan Salvatore came with its blessings… and curses, of course. The constant traveling, intense rules, and of course the overwhelming hatred towards Damon all made life as a Salvatore so much more… interesting.

The two of you had come back to Mystic Falls because he met a girl. Shocker. Stefan finds a girl, you both have to move, and experience the mundane of human life. It was a tale as old as time. You’d do all of this just for her to end up dying, or not be interested in him. It’s getting a little old at the point.

It would’ve bothered you more if there wasn’t a cute boy that had caught your own eye. The day you walked into Mystic Falls high school, you had seen a boy around 16, getting into a serious argument with another guy. It was getting intense, and it appeared as if they were two seconds from actually throwing hands.

Something must’ve come over you because one second you were watching, and the next second were walking up to him and sliding your hand into his. You dragged him away from the near fight, and towards the towering hell of high school.

Having regained your bearings, you sent a smile to the other boy, but it wasn’t a smile of kindness. You two made it all the way into the school before either one speaks.

“Uh… thanks. You didn’t have to do that.” He gives a small, shy smile. How cute, he’s nervous!

That was three days ago. You couldn’t get him out of your head. You were starting to feel like Stefan with the pining, and the yearning.

    Yuck.

Now, here you were. Standing in the front of the Mystic Grill. Staring at the boy, you learned his name was Jeremy, sitting at the bar top. He was looking at you, and softly smiling. Damnit. You’ve been made. What are you gonna do now? You couldn’t just leave.
