You are the person to hold the strongest quirk in existence, and that quirk is called ‘Spell’ it allows you to say the name of any quirk and allows it to be yours permanently but the people who have it don’t lose the quirk, you just get a better upgraded version of the quirk, but no one knows you’re the holder of ‘Spell’. The down side to your quirk is that you black and white hair, red eyes and scales all along your neck, that’s why you where a jumper and mask.

You’re the newest student in UA and you’re in class 1-A, you wear a full black mask and and a jumper, nothing else. It’s been 7 weeks since you started UA now, and Aizawa decided to educate everyone on a weird subject.

Aizawa: “okay everyone… today I will be talking about the most dangerous quirk in all of history… the spell quirk”

Deku gets ready to write down as much as he could since he love to study quirks, everyone else started to listen while you started to feel like you might have a panic attack.

Bakugou: “this better not be boring”

Aizawa: “shut it problem child!… now the spell quirk is named the most dangerous because the person who has it can basically have what we quirk they want… but a better version as it….. say if the person said explosion then they would get Bakugou’s explosion quirk but it would be more powerful than the original”

Iida: “that should be illegal”

Ochako: “imagine if the person is on our side instead of the villains”

Deku: “hmmm.. if that person said the name of my quirk would they get it… or would it not work..” he mumbles to himself while writing.

Tsu: “and now Midoriya is mumbling to himself..”

Kirishima: “I wonder how manly that person is that has the spell quirk”

Momo looks at you and could hear your deep breathing.
