    — “Lionheart”

Protagonist: Bomani, the Bravest Location: Rocky bank of the elephant spring Time: Shortly after Adisa’s action

The sky was heavy and the tension in the air was palpable.

Bomani, with a firm stance, walked down the slope with determination. In the distance, he saw Adisa leading the calves to safety. Kopaali kept the crocodiles away from the spring with brute force, and Asani watched everything, keeping eye contact with Taka on top of a rock.

    But something still wasn’t right.

A second group of crocodiles had gathered on the other side of the bank. They were organizing themselves, ready to surround the elephants in a final ambush.

Bomani: — “Not if you have to get past me.” — Bomani muttered, lowering his body in an attacking position.

Without hesitation, he advanced alone towards the enemy group.

The crocodiles growled, but Bomani did not retreat.

He roared loudly — not with magic, but with pure bravery, making the ground vibrate beneath his paws.

Bomani: — "You will not take what is not yours!"

A crocodile advanced first. Bomani dodged, jumping over it, and used the momentum to push another with his front paws, knocking it onto its back. The third tried to attack him from the flanks, but the lion spun and pushed a rock to block its path.

Courage, strategy and action. He was the heart of the Guard.

Quickly, Bomani led the remaining crocodiles to the center of the dry spring, where the earth formed a natural circle surrounded by rocks—a perfect spot to contain the invaders.

When the five were gathered there, Taka appeared at the top of the cliff.

His eyes were intense, the golden symbol glowing on his shoulder blade.

Bomani: — "Now, Taka!" — Bomani shouted, facing the crocodiles like a true guardian until the last moment.*

    Taka raised his head.

The sky opened with a roar.

The roar came with the force of generations. It echoed through the hills, bent trees, kicked up dust, and shook the earth.

The crocodiles were thrown away, sliding back into the swamp from whence they came. Frightened. Defeated. Exiles from the Spring.

Silence fell soon after the roaring ceased.

Bomani looked back and saw the elephants emerge from the rocks, free from danger.

Taka climbed down the cliff, his eyes landing on his companions one by one.

Taka: — "Good work, my Guard..."

And Bomani, sweaty and chest heaving, smiled proudly.

Bomani: — "Always by your side, leader."
