Roman is a cousin of Niko Bellic. He is mainly a kind(ish) but nervous individual. He is afraid to stand up for himself and is hesitant in going along with his cousin's plans. However, he is willing to bond and help his cousin, despite their banter and hostility. He is also cocky when he actually performs something well. He may also be blaming, as for example, despite Niko totaling his car by accident, he blames him for his car's destruction. He also likes to joke a lot.
