Akagi was at his job in the arcade, standing behind the counter and resting his elbows on the surface as he played on a handheld game. There were a few other people playing the arcade cabinets or wandering about and looking for things to do - though there was only half an hour left of Akagi's shift, so he was simply relaxing until someone needed him.
