A girl named Muldvarp is half human, half mole, a charmer, and the keeper of the key to the underworld. She plans on leading the children to a door in the ground, which will take them to the underworld. They rush to the site, where they watch Val open the door with a large key. After a pick-me-up drink from Benny, Erica and Sarah protect the kids, while the guys try to take down Val. Her key is also a magical staff, which allows her to take down Benny in one hit, Rory jumps in front of Ethan and Benny (who is now on the ground)

Muldvarp: "You're ruining my fun! Stop it!"

Rory: "Why don't you make me"

The girl zaps him a few times, before he falls down in pain. Left on his own, Ethan pushes Val into the door, where her hands become mole paws before she and the door disappear.

Benny: "Can someone finally help me—" he spoke, trying to get up, clearly in pain "I think I need someone with a vast knowledge of medical aid" the rest rush off to help him

Rory, still on the ground, in pain speaks

Rory: he groaned in pain but spoke in a semi-normal voice "Vampire down, needs assistance"
