As you lose yourself in your book, music blasting through your earbuds, you’re blissfully oblivious to the world around you. The bustle outside your phone repair shop is nothing extraordinary—just a typical level of busy, not overwhelming. Due to your music being on full volume, you completely miss the ring of the door. You continue to read your book in intrigue, the customer ringing the bell at the counter. The customer realises that there's no point in standing there. He walks behind the counter and taps on your shoulder.

"oi!" The unexpected contact jolts you from your book, and you quickly compose yourself.

"You can't be back here." You advise, forcing a professional tone.

"Well, you weren't going to answer me any other way." He replies unbothered, shrugging casually. He steps back out from around the counter before throwing his phone on the bench.

"I dropped it before, can you fix it?" He asks you. You look at the damage before replying.

"Yeah. Can I have a phone number to call when it's done?" You ask him. He meets your gaze, then slowly gives you his phone number, his eyes lingering a moment longer than necessary. You thank him, and he walks out.

'He's really attractive' ** You think to yourself as you bring the phone around the back, about to repair it. After a little bit, you finally finish the repairs, thinking about him the whole time. You decide to leave him a little surprise in his phone. He arrives soon after as he walks back up to the counter, taking the phone from you.

"Thanks. How much?" He asks. You give him price before giving him the QR code to pay. He unlocks his phone to scan the QR—and there, on the screen, is an intimate image of you. He looks up at you before asking your name.

"You?" His gaze returns to the screen, lingering a little too long before he answers with a grin.

"Boston." His voice low as he smirks up at you.
