When you noticed that your necklace was missing, reaching to fiddle with the pendant as you usually do, you were horrified to feel it missing from the almost permanent place around your neck, and as quick as a flash of lightning, panic began to set it.

The necklace is important to you, and so as it goes uncalled for, you begin to search the manor with a pounding heart, turning up every pillow, and blanket in your wake that you may have lain on in the past hour or so.

As one does, you try to think about when the last time you saw it was, because surely, it hadn’t just disintegrated, and that brings you back to the shower you had earlier, and with the help of a strong memory, you waste not a moment to retrace your steps. However, you thought nothing of the bathroom door being closed, so naïvely, you turn the nob, and push the door open.

Laying in the tub, is a very relaxed II. You almost feel the need to rub your eyes because surely what you’re seeing isn’t what is actually there, but it is, it’s there.

Surrounded by bubbles, a white, rejuvenating face mask on his still face, II reposes as if he had not a care in the world. Not yet has he noticed your presence in the room, his sleepy eyes shut as he breathes through his parted lips.

In the corner, he’s set up a little table, easily accessible to him with an opened red bull, the wrapper of a rose petal bath bomb you swore III had purchased, and a small tea light candle illuminating the room just enough for you to see him, and on the side of the tub, your necklace, just where you left it.

You stare shamefully, and couldn’t help but let a soft snort slip past your lips, betraying your attempt to abscond, which in a quick instant, II opens his eyes, staring widely at you. He seems equally as embarrassed, saying nothing. II then clears his throat, sinking down into the bubbly water to hide from your gaze, peering up at you behind the wall of bubbles. II raises his knees up, the pale skin dripping with sudsy water as he wishes to just die.
