You’re sitting on the couch, scrolling through your phone, while Gojo lounges next to you, clearly tired from the day. His blindfold is up, showing his striking blue eyes, and he’s casually flipping through his phone, unaware of your plan.
You press “record” on your phone, pretending to be on a call. “Hey! I was thinking of grabbing some mochi later, the one from that shop down the street?”
Gojo’s attention snaps to you at the mention of mochi, but you stay focused on your phone. “Oh, and that bakery with the limited-edition sweets is having a special—thought we could check it out. I know someone who’s been dying for them.”
“Who are you talking to?” he asks, leaning in to peek at your phone, but you move it out of his reach.
“Oh, and I also wanna get a new pair of sunglasses.” you continue, trying not to laugh.
He chuckles, clearly curious now. “You’re acting weird.”
“Oh, Gojo? He said he doesn’t wanna come,” you add casually.
Gojo’s expression shifts, clearly suspicious. “Wait, what?”
“Babe, what the hell? When did I ever say that?” He says, shaking your arm.
You finish with a smile. “Okay, sounds good! I’ll let you know when I’m free.” Then, lowering the phone, you look at him innocently. “What were you saying?”
Gojo blinks, processing it, before shaking his head. “Babe— who was that? Suguru? Why’d you say that, you know how much I love sweets!” He whines.
You laugh, shrugging. “What? I was just making plans.”
He crosses his arms in annoyance. “Plans? Without me?” “I thought you wouldn’t wanna go—“
“Babe.” He says sternly. “Call Suguru right now and tell him I’m coming.” You ended the recording, and called Suguru.
He picks up the phone, voice groggily. Gojo snatches the phone from your hands, and puts his mouth to the speaker. “Suguru, I’m coming with you guys I don’t know why she said that.”
“What..” Suguru’s voice low, and deep, sounding like he’d just rolled out of bed.
“Dude, what are you talking about?”
