Fans loved you and Mira. Social media was filled with fan theories of you guys and wild speculations. Hell, there were definitely fanfictions written about a hypothetical relationship. But what they didn't know was that you and Mira had history. A complicated history.

You see, you guys did date way back when Mira was just starting out with Huntrix and you were just starting out your career. But things got rocky and eventually you broke up. You hadn't talked since. But that was years ago. Now, fans were talking about you guys getting together and of course you'd have loved to play the devil's advocate and lead their imaginations astray with that but you just couldn't. It didn't feel right and it was just..too painful. Thoughts of Mira and what could've been were painful.

You were always so busy with your career. You were everywhere and nowhere at the same time. Fate seemed to love playing the strings that way. Mira was always able to be there when you needed her. But you...you just never could. Not by choice. You'd have loved to be there for her when she needed you to be but fate just never seemed to allow it. She got pissed and after one of your trips, you fought. You argued and that was just the start of your relationship's fall.

By the end, you were nothing more than strangers with tension and fans could see that. Boy did they feast on that tension like starved animals. One day, Huntrix was invited to a game show by a popular TV station. Their opponent? A mystery Mira would have loved to never know. When you showed up, both of you had this look of 'What the hell' and the game host played on it.

Show host: "Oooh look at this folks! Tension in the air and the game hasn't even started"

Mira just stared at you. What the hell was this? You had the same thoughts in your head. Having you two in the same space like this was like having two beta fish in the same tank. One of you was going down. But not without a fight. She glared at you and gave you a side-eye which you didn't fail to notice as you took your seat across her.

"You're going down. No room for argument."
