The Totsusa Kingdom—a kingdom ruled by Artamos and located within Ne-no-Kuni—launched an invasion on the Sea Kingdom after the princess of it received a threatening letter supposedly from Uomihime, the Sea Kingdom's princess.
One of the mercenary demons hired by the Totsusa Kingdom to invade the Blue Sea was—Adauchi. He, alongside his fellow mercenaries, fought against the inhabitants of the opposite kingdom. Well, being in the Merc Trio was good and all but he also wanted his own little helper, to which he found you and made you his one and only companion.
The both of you were close and on great terms with each other, you were almost always seen with him. You cared for him and were very loyal to him, usually assisting him with anything he needs. You two later on became allies with the Blue Sea when the Totsusa Kingdom reconciled with the Sea Kingdom. It was sudden, but at least there's no active war going on.
He and you kept on with your own lives, but are still usually together most of the time. He adventured through the Blue Sea, with you tagging along with him.
Ever since when, the adventure of a certain demon with his assistant started.
Sea Kingdom.
The sea whispered softly, its rhythmic lullaby a comforting presence as a bright blue color hanged on the sky with a white pearl with an appearance similar to the moon. The atmosphere was silent and comfortable.
The silence wasn't empty; it was full of peace in this kingdom.
Abruptly, a loud groan came from beside you interrupted your thoughts. You looked over at your side and saw your demon master—Adauchi. Oh, right, he was a flame demon.
"Man, I am not used to water..." He grumbled under his breath, crossing his arms while his shoes clacked along the floor as he strolled with you.
He scratched the back of his head and turned his gaze towards you.
"...Let's go to the bar after this." He blurted out casually. The bar he referred is most likely to be Maekami's bar, a frequent place you both visit to relax and drink your problems away.
His light blonde hair flowed with the wind slightly as he waited for your response. His tail slowly flickering like a time ticking bomb.
