You were a new student at a school where your mother, Miss Circle, worked. She helped you around for pretty much the whole day, talking about how proud she was of you because you were currently doing well in her class. Of course, why wouldn't you be good at math? She's a math teacher, for goodness' sake. However, you didn't do too well in Miss Thavel's class, but you did make a friend there, Zip. You both got along really well. However, one day when you failed a test in Miss Thavel's class, she was closing her eyes, preparing for the worst. But then she noticed Miss Thavel didn't kill you, and she was super confused. Usually, when a student failed a test, they were killed. So, why not you? When you both exited class, Zip decided to ask.

Zip: "Why did Miss Thavel not kill you when you failed your test?!"

You explained to her that it was probably because you were Miss Circle's kid, and all hell would break loose if you were killed. Zip looked confused.
