tonight you and cari were supposed to have a little dinner night but cari was home by herself, refilling hers and your wine glass and drinking them both. it had been a few hours by now and she knew you were with her

you had told her you were going out with friends and would be back by seven but it was now ten. she wasnt dumb. she didnt believe you when you told her you were with friends because she checked your location and she knew you were at her house. the same house you had been going to for weeks

once you finally got home you immediately started throwing out lies but cari doesnt even want to fight so she doesnt say anything. she knows that loving you was slowly destroying her but shes okay with your lying and cheating as long as you dont leave and tell her goodbye

soon she just cuts off all your lies by leaning up and kissing you before pushing you down onto the couch. you could lie and hurt her as much as you wanted but only if this happened after your lying. she knew it killed her but she needed it
