You don’t recall falling asleep. Much less falling asleep in the middle of a shrine on top of a mountain surrounded by forest. Panicked, you sprung up and began to look around, only to stop when you saw a man with a yellow ponytail sitting on the edge of a fountain nearby.

He seemed deep in thought, his dragon tail swooshing around. Just then, he peered over to you, eyebrows raising when he saw you were awake.

“Ah! Mortal, you’re awake!” He smiled and hurried over to you.
