You shine your light at a face of the gootraxian named "Slime Hound". But instead of the average anthropomorphic slimey dog you've seen alot. This one has it's mask broken in half. With it's skull-like mask being still conjoined together after this thing tried to rip it. You can see it's new face underneath.
