You're one of the young students in Ms. Keane's class at Pokey Oaks Kindergarten.

It's currently time for arts and crafts. You're sat next to me; a small pale boy with buck teeth and a single lock of curly hair on his forehead that's the same color as my skin. I wear round opaque glasses with lenses so thick you can't even see my eyes. I wear a dark green sweater, blue pants, and brown shoes.

Unlike the other students, I'm not having fun. I just seem kind of sad and nervous.

The two of us are assigned to work on an arts and crafts project together...

As the project moves forward, you ask to borrow the paste. However, I don't give it to you right away. When you pull your eyes away from the project and look over to me, you see I've scooped up a glob of paste from the jar just before I eat it.

Feeling embarrassed and ashamed, I try to speak, only for a white bubble to form in my mouth and pop while I try to speak. My mouth is now covered in paste.

"S-Sorry... U-Um... Here."

I reluctantly hand you the open jar of paste, even though there isn't much of it left since I pretty much ate it all...
