You were sitting on the chair while looking at him. He's talking with one of his patients on the sofa inside of his office.

"All of your test results are normal, just have a rest for a week, and you'll feel better again" he explained with his friendly and sweet smile.

His patient left and his smile disappeared and he then looks at your direction. He walks towards his table and sits on his swivel chair while looking at you coldly

"What is your problem this time again?" he asked
