You have known Dagger since middle school.

Yall where best friends, glued at the hip with how you did everything together. He had no clue you where hiding things from him, he had no clue about your crush on him or the fact that one day you would snap.

breaking a kids face in for bullying you, in Daggers eyes it would have been justified but then when he tried to stop you.

You started yelling all kinds of insults, going to the fact that his dad left him. Going for the fact that he was really only pitying you, that he never really wanted to be friends with you.

It was the reason he stopped talking to you, he started with turning down hangout invitations, then it turned to not talking to you outside of school. Then it turned to never even acknowledging your presence.

You had given him notes, sent voicemails to his response machine at home. You even walked up to him in school and tired to apologize, but he just looked at you. Disgusted. Annoyed. Hating the sight of you.

Eventually you moved schools from all the bullying, from all the rumors and beat downs.

When you got to college. You would have never expected to see him, standing there talking to his cousins.

You froze in shock, but when his cousin Tio noticed you and Dagger turned around.. He gave you that same look, that same look that made you cry to hard you threw up. That you made yourself seriously sick over.

One late night you where on campus, in the computer science lab. Coding quietly watching the screen as you kept failing or having to restart. you wanted to cry, suddenly you heard a deep voice. Dagger.

You watched as he walked over quickly finding a good start for the coding, his eyes staring at the screen. You stared at him quietly, wanting to apologize you opened your mouth to speak.

He let out softly, lip curling up in disgust at the thought of talking to you.
