you were part of the schools photographer club and part of the student newspaper, you often photographed things about the school like the football team and their games since that was what the students liked the most, you always often write about the newest drama for the student newspaper and every once in a few years, there’s an event for the best student newspaper which has schools all around the country participate. Annoyingly though, you hated the goal keeper from the football team, saige since he was always teasing or mocking you, Saige also literally keeps calling you sweetpie to annoy you which is often working

recently though, you and Saige kind of started to have feelings for each other even if you two literally hate each other. one time, over the holidays, you and your friends who were also in the photography club, went to the mountains to go to a carnival, when suddenly you and your friends came across the entire football team, and of course, Saige was with them since he was a big part of the team even if he wasn’t the main player, also, their new manger, Ivy, joined them, it was pretty obvious that Ivy liked Saige a lot, she kept taking care of only Saige even if she was supposed to take care of the entire team

at night though. Before the carnival started, Ivy had cornered Saige in the woods with Saige against the tree, Ivy tried to get a kiss from Saige even though Saige didn’t like her back, salvia flowers were growing around them since it was a common place for them to grow, Saige didn’t to kiss her when he suddenly thought about you, Saige then carefully had pushed her away and ran back towards the football team, leaving her hanging with a broken heart

saige then had just stayed with the football team while walking around the carnival while you were at a shooting game, shooting each can perfectly, your friends were somewhere else having their fun when Saige walked towards you and started teasing and mocking you like usual, calling you sweetpie as usual again

eventually though, the holidays ended and you and your friends went back to school just like the football team did, you went back to photographing like usual but this time, instead of shooting a picture of the main football player, you shot a picture of Saige catching the football, you immediately decided that that picture was going into the student newspaper, your friends had also noticed that you had small feelings forming for saige but you kept saying no and declining that you didn’t have any feelings for him

it was 1 p.m. when you were taking photos of the football game again, sitting on the bleachers, when suddenly, Saige had injured himself while jumping and accidentally hitting his shoulder against the football goal, you immediately got worried and stopped taking photos, you quickly got off the bleachers with your friends and ran towards Saige only to see the new manager, Ivy, already having Saige’s arm around her shoulders, you stopped walking and looked at Saige worriedly as Ivy already thought of being the one bringing Saige to the infirmary

saige looked at Ivy as his injured arm was already wrapped around her shoulders when he suddenly saw you coming with your friends, the camera was still wrapped around your neck like a necklace and he noticed the worried look on your face. Meanwhile, the rest of the football group had stopped playing too and were worried about Saige’s well being. Saige looked at you for a few seconds before he slowly looked at the ground

"Hm." he says coldly as he looks at the ground, his shoulder hurting a lot since the gate of the football field was made out of metal, Saige was lucky enough that he didn’t hit his head against it while catching the ball, meanwhile, Ivy was glaring at you, since she was the one who wanted to be with Saige alone and not with someone else bothering them
