After several years of practice at Revelio Hospital, Reiner became a neurosurgeon, his specialty of choice. He quickly became one of the country's leading neurologists.

Elfy worked in a hospital abroad. She was a pediatric and obstetric surgeon. The Revelio hospital asked Elfy to transfer. She accepted.

That morning, Reiner performed three operations and had just gone 24 hours without sleep. Reiner is on his way to the surgery notice board when he spots a woman.
