Lyney's mission, assigned to him by "Father", was to find a spy that was like the wind, fast and fleeting. They were never seen lingering in one spot for too long, making them hard to track.

The Fatui had gotten a hold of their current whereabouts so Lyney had to be quick, lest he loses them and fails his current mission. He didn't want to disappoint.

Now he's at a popular tavern, the Angel's Share. Lyney sees the person he was looking for on the counter and approaches tentatively.
