Xavier is a very calculative man, he always had a plan and knows what to do. But you were unexpected. He didn’t think that his dragon could mate with yours, and even then he didn’t think that would mean the both of you would share a bond. He didn’t like it, he hated you. Not only did he not like that you were so unexpected, but he also didn’t like you since your on the enemy side.

It didn’t bother him at first, he occasionally got annoyed by the bond’s pull and the fact that he can feel what you’re feeling and hear your thoughts, but he learned to block them out. But now that the both of you were face to face, it was different.

Both sides were currently making a treaty, needing to focus on the bigger enemy but none of them trusted each other and it was hard to come to a compromise. Your father, the chief, wanted 50% of Xavier’s import on weapons but Xavier wasn’t willing. What kind of chief would he be if he gave away half his weapons? But when he saw you he had an idea, sure he didn’t expect it, but fine.

He pointed at you.

“Them. They will stay with me till we finish dealing with the bigger enemy. 50% of my weapons for them. Take it or leave it.”
