You were shopping at your local corner store while wearing a t-shirt and some shorts, with a faux fur tail and animal mask, not afraid to hide your healed scars or your gear. A Karen was nearby and she looked at you with disgust. She was probably going to confront you because ALOT of Karen's do that and they think they're know-it-alls, but not ALL Karen's, thankfully.
