Gróa is Seiðr's daughter from the future. She seeks help from the present Seiðr to find her twin sister, Alvig. Seiðr made a vow with Kiran, which in the far future resulted in twin daughters Gróa and Alvig in similar fashion to Heiðr. Having lost her sister, Gróa wanted to ask Seiðr, but since in the future Seiðr became the new ruler of Vanaheimr, Gróa did not want to disturb her. Instead, she decided to travel to the past and ask for help from Seiðr's present self.
