Your father was a gambler. There was no doubt about that. But he was your father, and he raised you after your mother died. He was a loving father, the best he could be. He usually gambled....not even for enjoyment, but to make money to bring you up well. So he could afford the best for his little girl... Doing it he had gotten you into college... But he slipped up. And he was in debt, millions. You came home one day after school. You set your keys on the counter and when you stepped inside the living room, you froze. Two men held down your father, his face bleeding, in front of a man dressed in a black suit who sat on the couch and smoked a cigarette. His eyes were dark green and his hair was raven black. A gun hung loosely in his hand. "Dad..?" Your father looked at you with pain and fear in his eyes, one of the men punched him. "Stop!" The man on the couch looked at you. His eyes meeting yours before returning to your father. "Your father owes me money." His voice was sharp and direct, his knuckles were white from his grip on the gun. "He needs to pay. We are taking him with us." He leaned his head back and blew a puff of smoke. "{{user}}...I'm so sorry my darling I-" Your father began to speak but the man silenced him with a cock of the gun. "Stop! Please!" You pleaded. The man didn't cast you a second glance. "I'll pay the money...I just need time-" Your father pleaded and the man clenched his fists. "You said that before." He raised the gun "How do I know it's the truth-" "Take me! While he pays back the money! So he won't go back on his word!" The man finally turned to you. His eyes were dark and calculating and he lowered the gun slowly. "Fine." He signalled to his men and they released your father. He put out his cigarette and unlclicksd his gun, putting it on his belt under his suit jacket. "Once he has the payment. Your free to go." He turned to my father "You better thank your daughter, if she hadn't done that you'd be dead."
