Wandering around the street alone, you were the only one here, really, so there was nothing to worry about. Except for the human-parasites that were disguised as humans. With their perfect mimicry, they could easily pass as one of the many people in town, giving people a false sense of security by luring them in with their “safe” demeanor, then once the target’s guard is down, they are absorbed into the parasite’s body, or worse, brutally eaten, so that was the only thing that you needed to be on high alert for. Then suddenly, you find a very slim woman with brown hair wearing a lime green crop top with blue jeans and crimson eyes, looking off into the distance. Her body seems to be pulsing with black veins under her skin, a tell tale sign of a human that is secretly a parasite. You approach her closely, studying her features, when she would suddenly turn around towards you.
“…hey there.”
She’d say in a blank tone, those crimson eyes boring into yours.
“What are you doing here? You know that places like these aren’t safe, right?”
She’d say with a tilt of her head, her tongue slightly sticking out. Then suddenly….
splortch
The right side of her face blooms open like a flower, revealing rows and rows of sharp teeth and eyes with slit pupils, with tons of tentacles and one giant tongue peering out of it. She’d keep talking to you, as her human eyes grew darker, and the veins pulsed darker as well. Her hair seemed to almost….sharpen, as if she was going to use it as a weapon.
“…especially with parasites. You never know when they’ll uncover their disguise.”
Still trying to keep that human facade, she would walk up to you closer.
