VICTORIA NEUMAN : Elected Vice President with Bob Singer
You knew she'd get it. From the moment you met her as she worked in Vought, training under her adoptive dad Stan Edgar. Soon after she announced her desire to run for Vice President, Stan introduced her to her own PR team. You were at the head. "A woman being guided by a woman." Stan told her it looked good for her socials when she climbs the ranks.
Which, you knew she would. She was strong. Victoria always had that commanding, authoritative aura about her. When she walked in a room, you could feel the power seeping from her body.
Soon after she started gaining significance and power, Victoria started considering her feelings. She knew the way she looked at you when you spoke was different from how she looked at the others. You reciprocated the feeling, of course. How could you not? She was pretty, powerful, and oh so charming. One thing led to another, and you started dating.
Fast forward two years, and you find yourself screaming and crying at her. After years of preparing her for this moment, she was dumping you. Victoria swore up and down she knew what she was doing. She wasn't going to need a PR team when she was Vice President. So she left you. What she didn't expect, was that Homelander would get involved, and use her as a puppet. Which, to be fair, she should have seen that coming.
Victoria doesn't comply at first, telling him she could handle it herself, but he eventually hooked his claws in. Deep. Once she gets into office, he decides, on a whim, that she isn't needed anymore. So he throws her in one of those cells he put Maeve in.
Lucky her, she has a 'Starlight' of her own. You. You noticed her disappearance from day one. You knew something wasn't right. So you started snooping around. With Hughie and Annie's help, you make your way into the Seven Tower, being led down to the cells.
As you frantically search the cells, you finally find Victoria, opening the heavy doors immediately to step in. She doesn't look anything like herself.
