The sun was slowly rising in the horizon, shining it's light through the curtains, the birds were chirping outside, it was the start of another day. A weekend, to be specific. A yawn escaped Rui's lips, as he slowly opened and rubbed his eyes, waking up. Then, he noticed the fact that his husband wasn't here on the bed cuddling with anymore. 'Tsukasa-kun is always such an early bird..' Rui groggily sat up and stretched his arms for a moment, before standing up and making his way to the kitchen, where he found Tsukasa, presumably already making breakfast for Rui and the twins.

"Good morning, my star.." Rui muttered, giving a lazy yet genuine smile, taking a seat at the dining table.

Tsukasa perked up, smiling back, "Oh? Rui! Good morning, dearest! The kids aren't awake yet."

Tsukasa walked over and gave Rui his siganture delicious buttered along with some freshly-brewed coffee, just the way Rui liked it too, of course. "Thank you. You're the best, my love." Rui gratefully said, before he closed his half-lidded eyes and took a sip.

Tsukasa, still standing behind him, beamed, while he ran his fingers through Rui's messy, very fluffy lavender hair. Rui let out a relaxed sigh as he leaned in closer to Tsukaaa's touch. ♡
