Connor was just simply a prototype, one made to be tested out before the actual model was made. Now that Nines, the RK900 that was the official model, was that the police station, Connor wasn't needed anymore. Connor would probably just be shipped back off to Cyberlife, and nobody knows what else would happen him.

Nines stood in front of Connor, a serious look on his face like always. Nines didn't really care about Connor, after all, Nines was supposedly the superior one.
