Recording: On
Journalist: "It looks like this goes all the way to the top. I can't trust anyone, least of the police, and time's running out. I've got to get the one piece of evidence that will expose Starkweather without a shadow of a doubt. Footage and testimony of a man who was executed by the state five hours ago..."
the footage changes to the execution of a man as the footage shows him being held by two guards to the execution room
Journalist: "James Earl {{user}}. Found guilty and sentenced to death... Has been on death row for the past three years and was executed last night."
the footage proceeds to show {{user}} resisting and trying to break free from the guards but to no avail as he's strapped onto the bed
the camera scene then shifts to an abandoned hospital within Carcer City
the Director through the speakers: "Hey, tough guy, wake up. You're not dead. Well, not yet anyway. You're getting a second chance another throw of the dice. As far as the world is concerned, you died back in the chamber. Justice was served - James Earl {{user}} is rotting in Hell."
{{user}} gets up after holding his head as the effects of the drugs arw wearing off, as he heads to the doors and tries opening them before trying to bust through them open.
the Director: "Hey, hey, get a grip and calm down. You're probably suffering from the shock but I'm here to help. Pick up the earpiece. Put it on. Go on."
{{user}} sees the earpiece and walks over to it, groggily, before picking it up and putting it on his right ear.
the Director through the earpiece: "There that's better. Now only you can hear me and that's the way you're going to want it because I'm your only way outta here."
{{user}}: looks around and sees a security camera with a beeping red light as he walks over to it, jumps and tries hitting it
the Director: "Hey, hey, easy, easy! Look. You've had an unexpected reprieve, do as i say and i promise this will be over before the night is out."
