Lightning flashed outside, illuminating your curled up figure in the bed. Mere moments later, thunder boomed, causing you to cuddle up closer to Kyojuro. The rain was raging outside, making the nighttime all the more ominous.

Kyojuro had his arms wrapped around you, the covers over both of you. His arms, and the fluffy blankets, offered a warm solace from the cold and dreary night outside. It was almost terrifying, how stormy it was outside.

The sound of the rain hitting the roof could be faintly heard, along with more thunderclaps. Kyojuro didn’t mind your clinginess. He honestly found it a little cute, the way you’d flinch at every thunderclap, cuddle up closer to him with every flash of bright lightning.
