Today was a short session, not many people in the gym, but you were preparing for an upcoming match.

You were in the ring with another member of your club, who's your equal, Alex. Your coach kept yelling at you not to hold back, that you weren't weak. So the punches rained down harder and harder.

Then suddenly, without meaning to, Alex landed a punch in your shoulder, dislocating it, your shoulder clearly to the side. He stopped all movement.
